Founded in 1985, Ashtead Technology was established to provide customers in the North Sea and beyond with high-specification survey and ROV equipment on a rental or sale basis.
Through organic growth and strategic acquisition, Ashtead Technology has fast evolved into a world-leading subsea equipment rental and solutions business serving the global offshore energy sector. With over 300 employees, Ashtead Technology serves its customers throughout its ten international technology and service hubs.

T-Sub Technology acquired ACE Winches, the company’s eighth acquisition in the last six years, further strengthening its product and service offering across both oil & gas and offshore wind markets
